Thomas Park is pleased to welcome Amy Natoli as the Vice President of Operations. In addition, Thomas Park Management was selected as the exclusive property management firm for four of The Brick Companies class-A commercial assets.
Natoli brings over 20 years of experience in commercial property management, leasing, and operations to Thomas Park. Additionally, Natoli will be responsible for implementing strategic growth initiatives for the firm.

Natoli joins Thomas Park from The Brick Companies, where she served in various roles at the company for 20+ years, most recently as VP. At The Brick Companies, she was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and marina properties across Maryland and Virginia. Natoli also holds CPM and RPA certifications through IREM. She has received several accolades during her career, including IREM awards for CPM of the Year, President’s Award, and Volunteer of the Year.
Thomas Park was also awarded a property management contract from The Brick Companies for four Maryland-based buildings. The portfolio consists of office and retail properties totaling over 300,000 square feet.
