Annapolis, MD – Thomas Park is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 188 Main Street and 9 State Circle in downtown Annapolis, Maryland, on behalf of Ramsgate Asset Management. The transaction was facilitated by Mason Popham of Thomas Park Commercial.
The 11,468 SF mixed-use property sits directly across from the Maryland State House and features dual frontage along Main Street and State Circle. At closing, the asset was 96% leased to a strong tenant mix of retail, restaurant, and professional office users.
The property sold for $3.3 million following a highly competitive process and accelerated study period. Hyatt Commercial’s Cecil Cummins, John Gallagher, Eric Pinkett, and Justin Mullen represented the seller.
“188 Main and 9 State Circle represent exactly the type of well-located, stabilized assets that create long-term value in the Annapolis market,” said Mason Popham, Vice President of Brokerage at Thomas Park Commercial. “We’re excited to support Ramsgate Asset Management in maximizing this asset’s long-term performance.”
Following the acquisition, Thomas Park will continue to oversee leasing and advisory services for the property.
