They inked the deal to occupy a 3,461 square foot space. 5325 Northgate Drive was acquired in 2022 in an off-market transaction and was 79% occupied at the time of the transaction. This lease brings the building to 82% occupancy.
Northeast Rehab is “the region’s premier multi-specialty physician group”. They specialize in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology, and Occupational Medicine. The company is owned and operated by local physicians and they have been providing expert medical services to patients of all ages for 30+ years.
