Gina Bowley

Gina Bowley is the Commercial Lease Administrator for Thomas Park and has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of commercial property management.  Gina began her career in real estate when she helped oversee the construction of CNN’s Washington Bureau.  After 10 years with CNN, Gina transitioned to work for an owner operator located in Georgetown.  From there Gina spent time as a lease administrator with various firms including Bernstein Management Corporation, REALTERM, and JBG Smith.  Gina is a BOMA Certified Property Administrator (PAC) and is a candidate for her RPA.
