Corporate Controller
Adam joined TPI in 2023 with 13 years of real estate accounting experience. Adam began his career as an auditor with national accounting firm CohnReznick, with a focus on low-income housing developers and property managers. He then spent nearly 10 years with Community Realty Company, overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, and performing accounting services for a related-party real estate developer. Adam graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in the State of Maryland.
