Thomas Park today announced the launch of TPC Contracting, the new brand for the firm’s construction division, formerly operating as Thomas Park Construction. The rebrand reflects the continued growth of the business and its expanding role delivering commercial interior construction projects for both Thomas Park’s owned assets and third-party clients across the Baltimore-Washington region.
Over the past year, the division has experienced significant growth, more than doubling revenue and expanding its team to support a growing and diversified client roster. As the business has matured, TPC Contracting has increasingly taken on projects for outside owners, tenants, and brokerage partners seeking a responsive, professional and skilled contractor for mid-sized commercial construction.
The firm focuses on commercial interior construction and renovation projects typically ranging from $200,000 to $3,000,000, a segment of the market where property owners and tenants often struggle to find dependable partners capable of executing projects quickly and efficiently.

TPC Contracting is currently managing multiple projects across the Baltimore-Washington corridor, including a 10,000 square foot tenant fit-out and several commercial renovation projects spanning Baltimore County, Annapolis, Howard County, Montgomery County, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia.
