Thomas Park Management (TPM) is pleased to announce the that two new team members have been added to the property management team. Margaret Evans is the new Director of Portfolio Management, and Sheri Levine is a new Commercial Property Manager at TPM. Margaret will oversee the relationship with TPM’s largest institutional partner. Sheri will take on managing a diverse commercial real estate portfolio throughout Maryland.
Margaret has a wealth of experience with commercial property management. She served as the Director overseeing the management of a large portfolio of medical office buildings while at Cushman & Wakefield. Margaret led a team of ten professionals, successfully operating 700K square feet of medical office buildings in Annapolis and surrounding areas.
Sheri Levine also has significant experience in the industry. She was most recently a Property Manager with Monday Properties. Sheri also worked with Lincoln Property Company and CBRE in the Washington, D.C. area. Sheri’s diverse experience includes retail, office, and industrial property types.
