Perry Reith

Perry joined Thomas Park Management in 2022 with TPM’s acquisition of The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. He joined LMG/KLNB Management in 2021 with over 35 years of diverse commercial real estate experience on the East Coast and Chicago. With extensive Asset Management experience across all commercial property types but specializing in retail and office, Perry spent much of his career based in Washington, DC overseeing a $440M portfolio in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Illinois for Grosvenor Americas. He negotiated hundreds of leases including two over 60,000 sf while overseeing multiple third-party management companies and countless capital projects. Perry holds a BA in Economics from Hobart College.
