Margaret Evans

Margaret joined TPI in 2023 bringing with her an extensive background in Commercial and Medical Real Estate Operations. Margaret is the president of BOMA Baltimore and serves on BOMA International’s Workforce Development and Medical Office Committees. In these capacities she works on educational, legislative, and programming initiatives to help shape the future of the industry. Margaret recently oversaw the Medical Office portfolio for Luminis Health in Annapolis and prior to that managed 100 Light Street, the tallest building in Maryland. Margaret holds a BA from Salisbury University and is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration focused in Public and Private Sector Leadership from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
