John Ginnever

John joined Thomas Park in 2022. He previously served as Director of Engineering for The Loughlin Management Group and has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management.  John started his career in real estate in Baltimore as a Building Engineer for Boxer Property Management in 2001.  From there he went on to serve as Chief Engineer for Boxer Property and then CB Richard Ellis.  He earned his degree in Applied Sciences in 2004 and later served as Executive Vice President to RWN Development Group.  John oversees the Building Service Department for Thomas Park.
