Joe joined Thomas Park in the spring of 2024 as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst. Before joining TPI, he worked as an Investment Sales Analyst at CBRE where he was involved in over $175 million in transactions. Prior to that, he worked in Newmark’s valuation & advisory group where he appraised commercial real estate properties with a total asset value of over $2.4 billion. He started his career at Integra Realty Resources as a commercial real estate appraiser. Joe received a B.S. from the University of Georgia.
