EJ Rumpke

EJ Rumpke is the Founder and CEO of Thomas Park, which he launched in 2019 to build a full-service commercial real estate platform. Under his leadership, Thomas Park has expanded to five business lines—investments, property management, leasing, construction, and design – and was ranked No. 390 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, achieving over 1,000% revenue growth.  With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, EJ previously managed a $100 million portfolio for MRE Capital and worked in KPMG’s commercial real estate practice. He was recognized in Globe Street’s “50 Under 40” in 2022 for his contributions to the industry.  EJ holds a degree in accounting from Boston College and a master’s in real estate from Georgetown University. He lives in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and four daughters and is an avid golfer.
