Casey VanAlstyne, an experienced property manager with over eight years of experience specializing in managing industrial, medical, and residential real estate, joined Thomas Park in November 2023 as property manager overseeing the NC portfolio. Casey brings a wealth of knowledge in construction buildouts, financial management, and property management operations, often leveraging his experience as a former high school teacher and lacrosse coach to ensure high excellence and professionalism. An alumnus from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Casey enjoys all things Tar Heel.
