This year, Sheri was recognized with IREM’s Rising Star Award, an honor that reflects not just professional achievement, but the leadership, commitment, and real impact she brings to property management. And anyone who’s worked with her knows this recognition was well earned.
At Thomas Park, Sheri is a Senior Property Manager who truly takes charge. Whether it’s the day-to-day details or something unexpected, she steps in, figures it out, and follows it all the way through, for owners, tenants, and the team.

Sheri’s experience spans retail, office, industrial/flex, lab build-outs, and life sciences, giving her the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems with confidence. At Thomas Park, she manages complex assets, partners closely with ownership, supports tenants through every phase of occupancy, and helps ensure properties operate efficiently, proactively, and with care.
Beyond her portfolio, Sheri is a mentor to new hires and an active contributor to two internal Thomas Park committees focused on driving company-wide efficiencies and improving how teams work together.
She’s also deeply engaged in the industry and community, leading efforts on multiple IREM committees that support industry partner growth and retention, serving on the IREM Baltimore Board, co-chairing the IREM DEI Committee, and organizing and speaking on panels focused on workplace accommodations at both the local and national level.
Outside of work, Sheri is a dedicated wife and mom of two, often found on the sidelines cheering on her sons and staying closely involved in their school community.
