We are proud to announce a medical real estate lease renewal in Columbia, Maryland on behalf of our tenant, Maryland Spine & Sports Medicine. The lease renewal is in our medical office building, Riverhill Station, which was acquired in 2021.
Maryland Spine & Sports Medicine will continue to occupy 3,600 square feet of space at the property. Maryland Spine and Sports Medicine patients come from all over Maryland to get a “full range of services to treat back and neck pain as well muscle, tendon, and joint problems.”
Riverhill Station has a total of 24,000 square feet of space, and is currently anchored by Charter Radiology, American Dental Partners, and Maryland Spine & Sports Medicine.
