Epple brings a rare and highly complementary range of experience that aligns directly with Thomas Park’s client-first philosophy. His background spans both global, institutional brokerage platforms and the entrepreneurial side of the business, having operated an independent brokerage practice and completed more than $33 million in transaction volume across industrial, flex, and select office assets. That blend of entrepreneurial grit and institutional know-how has become a defining characteristic of Thomas Park’s approach and a proven advantage for their clients.
At Thomas Park Commercial, Epple joins a brokerage team that operates as part of the firm’s broader integrated platform, which includes investments, property management, construction, and interior design. This structure allows brokers to think beyond single transactions and deliver more holistic, execution-oriented solutions. In this environment, Epple will help strengthen client relationships, expand brokerage capabilities, and support the firm’s continued growth.

As a Maryland native raised in Baltimore County, Epple brings deep local market knowledge and long-standing relationships throughout the region. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he competed on the men’s Division I lacrosse team and earned All-American honors, later enjoying a nine-year professional career in the MLL and PLL.
