Super Beauty, one of the largest beauty supply operators in Maryland, will occupy the space and is expected to open its doors this fall.
Strategically located at the signalized intersection of Frankford Avenue and Belair Road, Gardenville Shopping Center is a well-positioned neighborhood retail hub serving a dense residential community. With ample parking and daily-needs retail, the center has long been a destination for convenience and visibility.
“Competition for this space was strong, underscoring the ongoing demand for highly trafficked retail centers in the Baltimore market,” said Mason Popham, Executive Vice President of Brokerage at Thomas Park, who represented the landlord in the transaction. Jeffrey Gelberman of NREB represented the tenant.
The lease was also recognized in CoStar’s Quarterly Top Retail Leasing Deals, highlighting the significance of this transaction in the Baltimore retail market.
