Thomas Park Commercial is pleased to announce the appointment of Dennis Bodley as Vice President within its brokerage division. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Dennis’s addition strengthens the firm’s capabilities in healthcare real estate and reinforces its commitment to serving medical landlords, tenants, and investors throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Dennis brings a deep and diversified background in commercial real estate to Thomas Park Commercial, including a strategic role at Colliers International. Most recently, he spent 10 years leading the real estate function for LifeBridge Health, where he oversaw site selection, acquisitions, leasing, and disposition activities across the health system. His extensive experience guiding real estate strategy for one of the region’s most established healthcare providers uniquely positions him as a trusted advisor in the medical real estate sector.
“Dennis’s breadth of experience, from institutional brokerage to overseeing complex real estate portfolios for a major health system, aligns directly with our goals at Thomas Park Commercial,” said Mason Popham, Executive Vice President of Thomas Park Commercial. “His deep understanding of healthcare real estate and long-standing relationships across the Mid-Atlantic will be invaluable to our clients as we continue to grow our presence and impact in this important market.”
In his new role, Dennis will focus on expanding healthcare-oriented leasing and advisory services, supporting both owners and occupiers navigating transactions and strategic real estate decisions. His insight into the unique operational and regulatory considerations of medical real estate will be a key resource for clients seeking experienced, market-savvy representation.
