Sharon Alascio

Sheri joined Thomas Park Management in 2022 with TPM’s acquisition of The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. She has over 33 years in commercial real estate/property management and accounting. Prior to joining Loughlin, Sheri worked at Fedder Management, St. John Properties and General Growth Properties (formerly The Rouse Company). Her extensive experience includes reviewing and interpreting leases, calculating and preparing billings related to property expenses in accordance with tenant leases. Sheri obtained her BS in Business with concentration in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business.
