Gene Parker

Gene joined Thomas Park in 2022 after nearly thirty years in commercial real estate. Gene spent 26 years with Continental Realty including ten as President. Gene was also EVP & COO for Greenberg Gibbons. He has an M.S. in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland. He is on the boards of Royco Properties and the Chevy Chase Land Company, and teaches at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown. He has also raised $500M in private equity funds with CRC and GGC. Gene holds multiple R.E. broker licenses and was a U.S. Marine.
