He works closely with property managers, owners, and contractors to deliver responsive, high-quality solutions from tenant turnovers and interior repairs to office renovations and small-scale build-outs.

Curtis brings over two decades of experience in the trades and more than a decade in commercial maintenance, with a background in building engineering and bid-to-completion project management. He joined Thomas Park through the merger with Loughlin Management Group, carrying forward a hands-on approach shaped by years of practical experience and steady growth in the field.
