Christopher Hayes is pleased to bring his 22 years of Real Estate and Property Management experience to the Thomas Park Team. After breaking into the DC condo and multi-family market as a Senior Property Manager with Proactive Property Management, Christopher was entrusted to oversee the acquisition and growth of the central VA market in a buyout of C21 Teams. After a successful merger, he then opened a brokerage, Mountain to Shore Property Management, focused on office condo and association management. Christopher also managed over 1.3 million square feet and was responsible for over 100 employees at Digital Realty. Most recently entrusted to oversee all properties in four states owned by the Salvation Army he sold the Potomac Divisional HQ in DC for $17.5 while relocating operations to Olde Towne Alexandria in a purchase of $10.5 million netting the Army $7 million to “Do the Most Good”.
