Andrew joined Thomas Park Management in 2022 with TPM’s acquisition of The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. He joined The Loughlin Management Group in the fall of 2021 and has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining the company, Andrew was the Regional Vice President for Corvias and was responsible for the overall leasing and management of residential and commercial real estate located at Fort Meade and Aberdeen Proving Grounds. In addition, Andrew managed overall real estate operations for over 5 million square feet of data center facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region for Digital Realty Trust. Prior to Digital Realty Trust, Andrew managed a global commercial real estate portfolio that consisted of communication facilities, SCIF’s, data centers, aviation hangars, industrial, retail and office with ARINC Incorporated. Andrew is a native Washingtonian and is active in the community to advance the needs of property owners in the area.
