Alex Landis serves as Director of Engineering at Thomas Park Property Management, where he leads the engineering team across the firm’s investment portfolio and third-party client properties, representing over 7.5 million square feet under management. He oversees building systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance, operational efficiency, and long-term asset integrity while minimizing risk and cost.
Alex works closely with property management teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure all engineering work is executed to a consistent, high standard aligned with ownership expectations. Based in the Annapolis region, he brings a hands-on, disciplined approach across a diverse range of property types. His role supports the broader Thomas Park platform by aligning engineering execution with day-to-day operations to drive consistent asset performance. Alex is LEED Green Associate accredited and a recipient of the 2025 Thomas Park Granite Award.
