Annapolis, MD- Atwell, a national full-service engineering and construction consulting firm, has signed a 9,764-square-foot lease at 175 Admiral Cochrane Drive in Annapolis, Maryland. The new space will serve as Atwell’s regional office, expanding its Mid-Atlantic footprint and supporting continued growth in the region.
Mason Popham of Thomas Park Commercial represented the landlord in securing the deal amid strong competition from several other properties in the market.
